Single & Dissatisfied
I have been single as of recently. I am 24. I was with an older man who didn’t really love me. I have always tended to like older men because I can never find relationships with guys my age for the life of me. They never like me romantically.
How should I move on in life as a single young woman or handle this? I try not to worry about relationships, but all of my friends and peers are either happily in one or already or just recently married.

Regardless if all your friends are in a relationship / married ect. That really has no impact on you. I know it is hard to hang around couples but it is also uncomfortable being in a relationship or holding one together with duct tape for couples dinner parties.
if I could go back in time i wish I had more time to explore what I really want instead of being in a relationship and molding my wants to OUR wants which in my case tended to lean towards what partner wants.
Life is not a race.....that by certain time frames (age) we must have partner/ maybe child /certain level of job or whatever....... too many want to compare everything. NO ONE Should be keeping score each journey is unique not a checklist like a scavenger hunt.
