Starting Relationship

open-minded or maturity ready to start relationships etc is not defined by age....   

some are mature and ready earlier then others and some seem be stay immature well into adulthood and old age.

I believe it might depend on what exactly you mean by a relationship: going out, spending your time together, girlfriend/boyfriend rules–or looking for something lifelong and very serious, like possibly ending with a marriage and kids?

All in all, my personal view is it's good to be of the legal age. Responsible enough for yourself (not only for your feelings and decisions, but also your emotional wellbeing and safety) and for the other person (not deliberately hurting them or letting them down).

Also, I remember that those early relationship attempts are usually very shy, awkward or look like experimenting: for the first time experiencing things personally, no matter how many we heard it from older people; learning new things about ourselves and about the partner.

My personal story is a bit old-fashioned: I started dating being 20. In retrospect, I think I could have started it 2 years earlier. Got married at 24, what now I deem (for a man) "too early". But I have never regretted NOT dating at all when I was 14 or 15.
