Strange signals

I think I’m being a bit delusional 😅

I met and old classmate on a wedding a few months ago. I ask him to send me the wedding photos by WhatsApp so I gave him my number, he congratulated me for my birthday a days later, after he send me the photos. Then he started to answering my WhatsApp stories, I answered some stories of him. I ask him out to the cinema cuz my friend canceled on me and I had the tickets, but I said he was busy (understandable I asked him one day before the movie).

After that he just let me in seen when I write to him, he still watches my stories tho, like minutes after I posted it.

so what is happening? Does he likes me? Or he’s not into me?

I don’t get it
