Struggling to accept
I have been married now for almost five years to my wife, and we have two adorable children together. We have had our rough patches, especially after the children. We didn't communicate as we should have. However, we corrected that and I addressed the concerns that she had with me. I worked on myself, turned my life around and became a better person. She admits that she sees this change and that she is immensely proud of the person that I have become and that I deserve the best, but she no longer has feelings for me or anyone outside of her children, and she no longer wants me. I can't even begin to imagine my life without her and how it will affect the children. I am spiraling trying to grasp the reality of what she is saying.

Your rough patches and better communication you made changes..... what about her, any changes?
I am coming out of years of rough patches and it is not one sided ever...sometimes the "changes" we want are not the answer either. what di you discuss in your wants or needs when you talk.
Have you had a real deep talk about what she does want... saying she does not have feelings for anyone other then the kids seems like it is lacking some truth.
Have you discussed marriage counseling?
