Struggling to move on
He broke up with me. According to him he couldn't take the pressure and *** of this relationship.
It was like I had some minimal expectations from him like if he could give me time and being a little understanding when I am feeling low...he obv did but not the way it should be.
And when these expectations were not met i said him harsh things unintentionally which I regreted later on and said him sorry too. He always said to leave all these and not to waste time on this...which led to we never communicated properly and i never realised it was hurting badly as he never wanted to talk about that.
Also after every argument he told me to breakup and find someone else.
In between we also had romantic moments which also made me believe that everything is fine ...but it was not actually.
And at the end during the last fight ...which obv I was at fault ...he said everything that he was always hurt and I always hurt him really bad...tho his actions hurt me many times...but I let it go
Now the thing is I am highkey attached to him coz I am introvert ...I get easily attached to ppl ...and it *** my mind when they leave me.
I literally cried begged infront of him to fix this again..I feel lifeless, feel sick, dizzy the whole day... doing absolutely nothing
but he is stuck with his decision of not coming back... according to him he have so much else to invest time on rather than this
Anyone can give me some suggestions on how to overcome this?

Breakups are terribly painful. I wish there was a way to make your pain go away. As with grief, the pain will become manageable, and often, become a memory of pain rather than ongoing pain.
How to overcome the pain of a breakup? As with physical injury, the healing is a process, and I don't know of a way to skip the process and be suddenly healed.
During my own process, I found ways to distract myself with work, hobbies, and helping others, also spent time trying to figure out how my words and actions affected the relationship, and talked to others who had gone through similar experiences.
