Struggling with silence

My partner recently came home from being deployed for months it's a long distance relationship, he will read my messages but not respond, it's been bringing me down and making me anxious. My brain is stuck in fight or flight mode and I feel awful.

I can only imagine what he went through, but you need to let him know how this is affecting you, you deserve to be heard and validated and to receive the same energy back that you are putting in, before it becomes a bigger problem 💜💕

I did he didn't reply sadly. I'm still going to be here for him even through the hard times.

He sure is, there's a lot of people who couldn't handle everything I've had to. I am stronger than I thought I was.
