The 3rd shift ruins our relationship

I need help with my relationship, I talk to them how I feel of us being together and he work 3rd shift is affecting our relationship. He doesn't see it but I do. I used to work 3rd shift and it is hard. Even though, I was single at the time, but that's not okay with me and him the only time we're together when he sleeps and I am sitting here doing nothing all day. Especially, my body moves is different cause I got a joint pain. I can't move much but I do need help around. I guess I'm disabled now. Whenever I can get settle I think me and him 8never see 8th Anniversary next week and I think we should separate since he let his pride in the way. I guess I'm being selfish or something I don't know what to think....
