@JeremyB1984 I've met some sex therapists, and I was reasonably impressed. They seemed serious and professional, and they did seem to have been able to help most of their clients. Exactly what approach they will take depends a lot on the clients and their particular issues, so they conduct a full assessment first, before recommending any kind of treatment.
So I agree with Skansly. You could get an assessment first, and if you think the assessment is not accurate just move on.
