Tired of relationships

I watch all my friends in long lasting relationships and I'm the only guy that's just there.. it's beginning to take a toll on me.. I just want to settle down with someone for the rest of my life.. I know I'm not perfect but I give my all.. it seems I'm going to be alone forever...

just IMO but real lasting connection happens when we did not expect it. Not when we are actively searching for it or when we try hard to make close enough work.
No one needs to be perfect and, in my world, when I met my long term, they were Not whom I was picturing or who I thought I wanted. it has lasted is not perfect, but I do not compare because our story is not anyone else's.
