Unsure what to do?
I was dating this guy for 10 months. I stepped back from the relationship to work on me. I just wasn't in a good place. We continued to be friends but I recently told him I wanted up to try again. I know he was hurt when we broke up but he said he would consider giving us another chance. It's been about 3 weeks and it seems like he's punishing me. I just don't know what to do. He doesn't seem to want to talk about us and I'm concerned he's talking to other people. I'm wondering if I should just take that as a sign and move on.

If he does not want to talk about the idea of you getting back together or as a couple, if he was really considering it he would talk. the idea may be something he is not sure he can go through a breakup again or your friendship is important to him and not worth risking that.
Perhaps you should move on and at least talk to others and if he wants to rekindle he will step up
