Wasting time or no
Tgirl broke up with me but stayed talking to me for a while after that… acted like a complete psychopath the whole time towards here while we was broken up trying to get her back and did some stupid stuff to the point she ends up blocking me for a good 7 months. I notice about a month or so ago I’m unblocked so I reach out and kept things warm no flirting keeping my cool not trying to get her back etc. even apologized on how i acted back then. She accepted it happily and yeah she talks and texts but is real slow about it and kinda neutral… sometimes I can tell she is kinda happy to talk to me, but it’s been like two weeks and I feel like I’m at a dead end. Do I continue to talk to her and see where it ends up or do I just stop and move on

It sounds like there's nothing worth pursuing outside of a friendship with her. She blocked you for a reason and unblocked you to see if you've really changed or if it's just a trick to pull her back in. At least, that's what I think it means.
I don't think she'll try for more with you and it's likely that she's moved on.

It's best to move on. I've been there, done that. It never goes well. Good luck with it but try your best to move past that chapter of your life.
