What's limerence?
I didn't really believe too much in that "If you love them let them go," thing but is that possessiveness just limerence and dependency? honestly, context is needed, but I'm lazy.

Limerence can mean getting too attached to someone before you even know them, no real connection.
Not a reciprocal love 💙
I think we need to look at each situation separately. It seems to me that if a person has a problem that you can handle, but you let go of it, it’s a choice not to go into difficulties and not to look for a compromise. But there are others situations.

Limerence can be different in situations.
It feels like love, but it is not based on fact or detail instead a overwhelming feeling of it will work out no matter what and disregarding the facts and details. It is often one sided but not always. I found the difference is we tell ourselves things that we know is not possible.
