Wondering what to do for ex(?) gf’s birthday

Hi y’all, so, to make a long story short, my LDR gf blocked me after I called her out for something nasty she said to me. She unblocked me a week later. It’s been about two months since we’ve talked. Her birthday is coming up quickly and I am thinking about making something for her. Would I be crossing a line if I did? Asking for some advice

If you want to make something or get her something for her bday do it.
The funny issue with today's relationships are text and message have no tone and the blocking feature is often used in the heat of the moment not always because they thought something thru....
the back and forth can lead to misinterpreted communication.
