My boyfriend lives by himself and for a few months his mom came to visit and because of his schedule and us not meeting family (my idea ) I haven't seen him muchh
So Saturday he text me saying " my mom leaves tomorrow 😏😏
so we're talking on a few apps but I say on
*** well then maybe Wednesday we can hang out "and I've talked to him but he just opened my message on *** about hanging out , should I be concerned ??

If you are speaking on different apps and on phone he may have missed your message on that specific app. That should not be reason for concern.
If you want to be sure he sees something use one form of communication..or say hey i sent you a message on X app.
