am i just overly sensitive ?

i just realized my boyfriend lied to me about something.

idk if im just being overly dramatic but the first time we ever talked we asked each other what happened to our latest relationship and why it didnt work out. i told him mine he told me his.

he told me she got an abortion he didnt know about till the sister told him and he was gonna propose to her but she had an abortion so he left her.

the problem is thats a break up from his past girlfriend like years ago thats not the story of his recent ex gf. they arent even the same ethnicity.

so now i just realized why would he say that instead of the actual break up he had with the most recent girl

then a week ago the ex who had an abortion well she showed up in his house asking him if she could sleep in his place he called me and said i dont want u thinking i did something this only happened 5 minutes ago i told her to get tf out i even told her my wife (which is me) is sleeping inside and she was like wtf when did u get married and he just shut the door on her he told me he never expected that person ever he thought it was his drunk neighbor always knocking on his door.

i appreciate him being faithful and telling me everything but i just have a question in my head as to why would you tell me the story of your break up with that girl when i first knew you she wasnt even the topic… idk.. im exhausted…
