anxious attachment
So, I've seen this guy twice. After we met he moved to a different city. He kept telling me that we would meet again but never suggested any specific date. I know he's busy with moving. sometimes we texted normally but once he didn't respond for 13 hours so I sent him an emotional text about being hurt by this and that and feeling used by him. he said that my interpretation was completely wrong and he even would be interested in something more than casual hookups (which is what we agreed on before) and that he was sorry I felt hurt. I just liked the last message and texted him yesterday saying I was sorry for misinterpreting his behaviour and that I understand that he was busy moving. haven't received a response ever since. I'm so afraid I messed it up and that it is over. it's really hard for me to take it and wait until he texts me which he may never actually do.

I don’t think you ruined things. You already apologized and clarified where your reaction came from, and now the best thing you can do is give him space to respond when he can. A delayed reply doesn’t automatically mean he lost interest, especially with a move happening. I know waiting is hard, but try not to assume the worst from silence right now.
