feeling alone in marriage
how do you tell your spouse that you feel lonely and unhappy when he doesn't think that feelings are worth talking about?

In a marriage it is not just what he wants... and you being unhappy and feel this way you should just tell him anyway. Mine too have very little emotional intelligence and did not like talking of "feelings". I was direct and did not play the often male game of trying to shut conversations like this down.
If he loves you and wants marriage he can LEARN to have conversations. He should want you to feel appreciated and not alone. Marriage is a 2 person thing and when it becomes one person's want and needs only that is the beginning or the END.
