how do i leave someone who is controlling
i've been in an on and off relationship with someone for 5 years and i am unhappy but they always act like they will die without me and me having the heart i do i don't like hurting him and when i've tried to leave in the past, he sabotages me from being happy or manipulates me into coming back. how do i leave?

Hi, Good morning!~ You sound like your in a relationship with a narcissistic type of person which can be very difficult to break it off, but you must stand your ground and advocate for yourself. He needs to be held accountable and you deserve the best and need to fee yourself from his manipulations. The playing on your emotions is just what narcissists do, and they do it well!~ Ghost him and find a strong honest man to help you through to give you the strength, stay focused and call him out on all his bull sh*t. I have a girlfriend that is going through the same thing, and I am that friend she needed to stand up to him, she split over a year ago and she has stood strong, and I am proud of her. We have grown very close during the past year and I adore her.
