how enthusiastic is your partner with your new ideas?
So I find that when I come up with a new idea or plan for an activity, my partner doesn't show enthusiasm and is even sometimes annoyed, either because he doesn't understand why I would do something "crazy" (meaning just some activity or place we have never tried before) or because he has to adjust his plans.
How much enthusiasm do you get from your partner with new ideas and plans? I would like to have encoragement, is it normal for you to have a lot of encouragement, a little? none? disencouragement?

What you describe is IMO very common ...for partners to show less then real enthusiasm .
in my relationship the thing that irritates me the most is later they turn around suggest the same thing and it is suppose to be good because it was " their idea". Or Over enthusiasm then if it does not live up to that they talk like well you tried....
I feel many people are more enthusiastic when it is their idea.
