i honestly don't know but I do know it's my fault
i had a girlfriend... me and her had been dating for a long time. I don't even know how but i accidentally flirted with a girl i know and put of guilt and the realisation about how long I will live knowing that I'm betraying her trust and lying to her constantly, i decided to tell her.
the last day I told her about it and immediately she broke up with me. She hates me now and she blocked me. All my friends hate me. I can't trust anyone now. Whatever i say now has no value and every word I say will reach them. I do understand that it's completely my fault. Like completely my fault. I do deserve all this. I feel like god is punishing me. Every second of my life it just keeps on getting worse. I don't have anyone to talk to anymore. All my friends are gone. Its all gone. Again I completely understand that it's my fault. If i could change what had happened i would. I would have loved to had a second chance but I know I shouldn't and I know even if I did she would never put her trust in me like she had before. I don't think I will move on from her.
I do love her a lot but I don't understand how i accidentally flirted with some other girl while loving her.

first you did the right thing trying to be honest...
if simple flirting i think she blew this up to a much bigger thing.... IF you lost ALL friends ...they were not your real friends who would give you benefit of doubt or they are as over dramatic as she was. You did not mention your age but this sounds a bit immature to me.
For your reason to flirt it can be opportunity ... can be the feeling of someone interested...even married people enjoy someone smiling or making eye contact it is nice to be reminded we still are attractive...
In a long term relationship our partners "forget" to remind us we are still attractive and interesting... they may feel that way .......but showing it goes a long way.
Remember when you first were getting to know your GF .... the smiles the wanting to get to know you etc.......... Does she nod when you are telling her something like "yep i know " ?
I do not get why some people feel like we are dating along time think "they KNOW how I feel." ... Give yourself a break you flirted.. it may have been you were not getting the conformation from your GF.... and maybe you should examine IF your needs were met in the relationship.
i don't think I did the "right" thing. I do understand it's entirely my fault. She was so nice and nothing would've happened if I never did such a thing. The other people are also digging up the stuff I've done in the past so I'm very confused about what's happening and what's going to happen

Almost Nothing in life is entirely anyone's fault. you were not only person flirting... GF being nice does not make her right.
People digging up stuff to jump on board to bash you is not nice ... you are the bigger person trying to take all fault.
