Hi, I’m going through a breakup right now and it’s really hard to move on. I’m trying not to text him and to let go, but it’s tough. I just need someone to talk to about anything at all to help distract me and maybe give me a little guidance. If anyone is here and willing to chat, it would mean a lot.

Spill it.....let it all out on here, that's what I do and some people help with different ways and different parts, also patience (yes its hard believe me i want to text my ex all the time and its been 2 months)
But even just letting it all out on here can help, and you may be surprised of the feedback or even just moral support
