3 weeks no contact today and i don’t know what to do. i ended it up myself because i realise that it’s not going to end up well anyway and seeing him being okay and happy rn makes my blood boil. i never had such deep emotional connection with anyone and after talking 24/7 everyday for almost a year i feel like nothing. i see him everywhere, i talk to him in my head, i sleep n cry n look at the moon, realising that he’s on the other side of the world, busy with his life. the thought of him getting older without me makes me weak. i just can’t deal with the fact that i’ll never hear from him again. and what hurts the most the last worlds he told me was “u are going to be an amazing woman in the future.” i just can’t. i miss him so bad and think about it i wish i could move on but i feel sick.

And he's right Emi, you will be, are, an amazing woman. If you went no contact there are reasons for that. By the way, you never have to stop loving them or push out all the thoughts. Just try to make more space, for new experiences and people. I think I wasted a lot of time thinking about the what-ifs, could-bes, why, and guilt and blame. Sometimes you really do have to love them enough to let them go. And at 3 weeks, you may not be ready to let them go yet. I hope that soon you will be! Sending love.

I'm truly sorry to hear about the pain and distress you're experiencing following your breakup. It sounds like you're going through a very difficult time, and it's important to acknowledge and validate your feelings. Breakups, especially after deep emotional connections, can be incredibly challenging and can evoke a range of intense emotions.

Firstly, it's okay to feel the way you do. Grieving the loss of a relationship is a natural process, and it involves a range of emotions, including sadness, anger, confusion, and longing. It's important to allow yourself to feel these emotions without judgment.

Here are some strategies that might help you cope with your feelings:

  1. Accept Your Feelings: It's normal to have strong emotions after a breakup. Allow yourself to feel sad, angry, or confused. These feelings are part of the healing process.

  2. Create a Support System: Lean on friends and family for support. Sharing your feelings with people you trust can be incredibly therapeutic.

  3. Self-Care: Focus on taking care of yourself. Engage in activities that you enjoy and that make you feel good. Whether it's reading, exercising, or pursuing a hobby, do things that bring you joy and relaxation.

  4. Reflect on the Relationship: Sometimes, reflecting on why the relationship ended can be helpful. Understanding that the breakup happened for a reason might help you move forward.

  5. Limit Contact and Social Media Exposure: If seeing him on social media is painful, it might be helpful to take a break from these platforms or limit your exposure to his activities.

  6. Seek Professional Help: If you find it overwhelming to cope with your emotions, consider speaking to a therapist or counselor. They can provide professional guidance and support through this difficult time.

  7. Journaling: Writing down your thoughts and feelings can be a cathartic way to process your emotions.

  8. Mindfulness and Meditation: Practices like mindfulness and meditation can help you stay grounded and cope with overwhelming emotions.

  9. Give Yourself Time: Healing from a breakup doesn't happen overnight. Be patient with yourself and allow yourself the time you need to heal.

Remember, it's okay to miss him and to feel upset about the breakup. These feelings don't disappear immediately. But with time and self-care, you will find your way through this. You're not alone in this journey, and it's okay to seek help when you need it.
