not a normal university experience given things are still messy in Iran, universities are places with some of the biggest protests in the country,
but I like my major

So they are starting me on an antidepressant. Convo was good yesterday. Just seeing if we can get hold of the prescription to start tomorrow if not will be a few days. I wanted to start tomorrow as I have no lessons and then care co Thursday. I'm really scared. I had a bad experience with meds for something else a few years ago and so that's playing on my mind. I'm scared of having hope (even though I've tried to set expectations low, care co's hope has rubbed off on me for sure), and then them not working. I know there will probably be a day I'll freak out and refuse to take them, and you can't stop them suddenly.
I can't deal with all the private conversations between parents. I feel like a science experiment. Really not okay.
Yeah, everything must be really up in the air and scary 🥺
