Feeling empty
Me and my partner have always been supportive of each other, however he had to leave this country and now we're experiencing long distance once again. It's difficult to keep up with him since he's so busy and has way too many problems, it's effecting his mental health and that is causing him to get weak physically, I know I'm not responsible for the way he feels but it effects me too and that can change the whole relationship. We love each other with all our hearts and it hurts us to see each other in pain and not be able to do anything about it but to go through it daily and wait till time fixes things. I wish I could do something for him, I'll try to convince him to go to therapy.
He probably won't, because he barely makes time for me.

I'm sorry that you're hurting. 💜 You care a lot about your partner and don't want to see him suffer. It hurts being so far away from him, feeling like you're not able to spend time with him, and feeling like you're not able to help him with the issues he's having with his mental health and physical well-being. Even if maybe it's not your responsibility or fully within your control, it still affects you.
You mentioned possibly discussing with him and bringing up the idea of therapy. I hope that you're able to share how you're feeling and have it be understood.
