I don’t know how to tell my partner I don’t want to continue our relationship

I’ve been with my partner almost a year now but in the past year I’ve suffered a great loss of one of my best friends, I have been grieving badly, having regular mental breakdowns and I’ve developed OCD symptoms (currently undergoing tests) I feel like I have so much going on in my head that I can’t even consider a relationship, I’m just about to start uni on top of it all and I just…don’t feel a spark any more? Maybe it’s because I’ve had so much going on but I just have no joy or happiness in the relationship any longer. I don’t want to kiss them, I feel uncomfortable when we’re together and I feel horrific every time they say they love me because I guess I don’t feel the same?

Hey, I'm there to help you out If i talk about the loss you suffered of your friend , it was because of you only. Secondly, if you are not ok with your relationship , don't think too much , just go and confess your feelings in front of him. But if you want spark back in your relationship, firstly make him your good friend then slowly start spending more time with him. Everything is gonna solve. Don't get upset just find out the positive side and half of the problem is solved😊

Hi! I’m so sorry to hear that. I know I can say I hope you feel better but I won’t make anything better. But maybe I can help you with this situation. I would suggest you tell them this directly to their face. There is no point in hurting them while you know ignoring them or even staying with them as you are right now. You know I’ve read this phrase so many times but haven’t been able to practice it yet, the phrase goes “Hurt people hurt people.” Just say what you feel to them directly.
