Marital issues
Hello first post here so unsure what to expect. I have been having issues in bed for many years now. My wife of 10 years was raised in an incredibly conservative home who view sex as dirty and I think she may never come out of that guilt-shame cycle. On top of that she has Crohns disease, which causes her to have chronic fatigue and pain. She is also the most extreme and unique case of ocd I have ever heard of. She is very much a girl boss and does not handle criticism well. This all culminated into 6 years of celebacy. I was trying to give her space to cope with everything but I also have major depression and anxiety, and the loneliness of V day just broke me. I broke down and told her how I felt sad and lonely that day because I was stuck at home alone, she even took our pets to work with her. I want her to be able to understand that I just want to cuddle or mess around occasionally but she doesn't seem to be able to process any kind of physical touch more than a friendly 3-5 second hug. I want to be respectful of her and give her the best love she can have. I know she is unhappy with how she is as she berates herself over it but then actually doesn't do anything that I can see to remedy the situation. How hard is it to just put your hand down my pants? Just any expression that I am more than a friend. Does anyone have any advice?

it is hard to really communicate when we wait until we are at the end of our patience....
as a wife in opposite shoes .......................i feel anyone in our shoes deserve our spouses to seek out help before the marriage becomes celibate............ the idea of this is the situation is it accept it ... and refusal to even try to compromise ............is not only selfish but is mean IMO.
my spouse while has some health issues had never even spoke to a doctor about his ED ...... tried (with almost no success) any supplement or online fake cures INSTEAD of talking to a medical professional to see if real medication is an option ........
A friend who is seeing a therapist recently said the therapist told them there are big differences between REASONS or EXCUSES ..........
i feel too many interchange these items and make a big list of things making it seem to be a hill too steep to climb...
