Marriage Issues
I’ve been married for 4 months. Me and my husband constantly argue because he says I’m a sucky parent. I have 2 girls 8 and 3. Am I wrong for treating them like babies since their real dad isn’t around. (Father Currently in jail). I get told constantly that m not consistent with discipline and I act more of a friend to my kids than a mother. Am I just my over reacting or is my husband right and I’m the one that needs to change!

You need to be there friend. You’re doing the best job you can for your kids! Keep it up ☺️! Your husband just sees things differently than you do but in my opinion you really do need to be there friend. Especially when there real dad isn’t around.
My mom is my friend. I've spent most of my life thinking to myself that if everyone's mom was like mine so many people would live better lives. Maybe try sitting down and coming up with a plan for discipline. It is necessary early on to save you from teens with tantrums but every parent is doing what they can. You know your kids better than anyone right?
