Scared I no longer love my partner

My parter and I have been dating for over 5 years, we got engaged this past May after months of hints. They have struggled greatly with their mental health for several years now and I have always been patient and supportive of them. The past year and a half I’ve put my own health on the back burner as they have really struggled with some things. Though recently we had an argument (which is rare for us) in which I unloaded on them and let them know how I was feeling. A lot of my emotions were turned back on me and it made me feel like I was being selfish and over emotional. This argument resulted in my asking that they have to go to therapy/counseling/etc, because while I can be supportive of them I can’t resolve their issues and those issues are weighing heavily on me. For the past two months they have avoided making any progress towards making a therapy connection and I have found myself dreading being a rounding them for long period of time. I care deeply for this person and do love them, but am unsure if continuing the relationship is good myself.

Managing mental health with relationships is tough, your confusions are understandable

Have you tried communicating with your partner? Maybe taking some time to work on yourselves individually first can help to restore the relationship? ❤️
