I'm aware that walking away is never an easy thing ♡ what usually triggers you to contact him? What situation usually brings your mind to him?

I'm exactly the same with my ex plus she's sometimes the same with me too but she still doesn't want to be together, I can only give you the advice I've been given which is try to find something you use to do before you met them or maybe do something new, my thing is getting back into gaming and its helped abit and its took me 3 months of doing what you are doing now I've finally slowed down phoning and messaging but as soon as she calls me or messages me loads again it brings me back to this place and then she backs off again. Its so hard to get out of the habit and one day you will, just find something to distract you. Hope things get easier for you
