how can i get the father of my children to help out
we’ve got two girls together ages 1 & 3 and i’m also pregnant due in august with our third child he absolutely refuses to help out we live in a small 2 bedroom apt he locks himself up in the room all day to the point where i can’t even get in the bedroom the kids are screaming crying throwing tantrums fighting or all over me i have no personal space i’m on my feet all day long my back feels like it’s breaking my shoulders hurt i have a constant headache it took me about 3 days to get him to watch our girls so i could get in the shower and he sent them in the restroom in the middle of my shower “bc he had to go to do something “meanwhile he got to shower everyday he sees me stressing and still refuses to help me out there’s always a “valid reason” to why he can’t help me or what he’s going through tops what i deal with 24/7 i feel so alone and helpless how can i get him to understand that i also need help that this isn’t easy and that i need him

Seems like your husband chose to flight (probably he did it unconsciously). Is it his pattern to choose flight in a stressful situation or just this time with the kids?
