Anxiety about Pregnancy
I just lost my virginity over a week ago. I was on my period, he wore a condom, and he pulled out before he came. I know that the chances of me being pregnant are low but I'm so paranoid about it. What do I do about that, should I be worried?
A sexual health clinic will be to help you. You can ask for the morning after pill, they will discuss everything with you and tell you what to expect if you decide to take it and if not they can support you with what ever you decide to do.

Based on what you said, you had protected sex that should prevent pregnancy. He used a condom and he pulled out. You followed all the guidelines as to how to have protected sex and not get pregnant. It's normal to have anxiety, that's a real feeling, but you didn't do anything wrong and I do not believe you need to be worried. However if you are, you can speak with a doctor or in a few weeks take a pregnancy test.
You better know that you have taken the appropriate measure for safety. However, you can go for a pregnancy test if having more anxious. One more thing, there is nothing good in getting anxious. Whatever you have done is not wrong.
I'm not a doctor or a physician. But I do have a kid after struggling through infertility. So we had to study up on getting pregnant. Condoms work 99% of the time and that's usually if they cum inside of you. (He didn't) so the success of protection could go up. And then the likelihood hood of getting pregnant during your menstrual period is also extremely low. So it's a super low chance. Probably nothing to worry about
@navyMango3550 Since you used protection and were on your period the chances are very low. You may consider using a second form of longer term birth control like the pills or IUD in the future.
