Discourse: Child on child sexual abuse
The idea is simple, a child sexually abuses another child, perhaps even does something that would count as rape. Who is at fault in your opinion? Does the child deserve punishment? Etc.
@Alex4rex
No, children do not deserve to be punished. Any non sexually mature child that engages in behaviour that may look like sexual abuse is either emulating things they have seen on TV/movies/media or overheard from their family and friends, or they are repeating abuse they are or have suffered. Either way, it's extremely unlikely that a child has the capacity to perform premeditated rape and even if it appears so, that child needs immediate help from psychology professionals, not punishment.

Mhm, what i've heard from someone different is that they believe that it depends on the maturity of the child in general. Wether they understand, know what they're doing and take pleasure in it or not.
What do you think?
(I personally am a mixture of both, since i believe that the punishment for pedos in general should be stronger focused on help)
