Fictional characters
And just so you know, I don't view fictional characters as a fetish but if you want to view them as that then fine.
Is it bad if someone prefers fictional characters over "real" humans? I had always had an attraction to ficitonal characters since I was very young and I don't feel very bad or ashamed about it. Actually, I kinda embrace it. It's so good to know that there are people like me out there especially in the self shipping(to romantically or maybe sexually pair yourself with a charactrer) community. I'm not sure if liking fictional characters is a sexuality or a romantic orientation. I know they made some terms for it on Tumblr so I thought why not?! I actually made a couple of friends who are into fictional characters.
Are there people here who are romantically and sexually attracted to fictional characters especially ones that are cartoons or animated?
I think that for some people they may have a thing for animated characters, but I think there's also something to be said for in general, fictional characters often are not written with the flaws inherent to real people, so it can be easier to get attached because you never see the negatives like you would with anyone in reality

I don't think you are the only person who feels.
I for know there's a huge community of people who feel the same. It's nothing wrong with that.
