I feel so disconnected from every thing and everyone. My relationships always consist of alot of sex which I love sex but I dont know how to make a deeper connection anymore or maybe ever did.

This was very strong of you to be vulnerable and admit this, sex is wonderful and something so intimate. Having a deep connection with someone is so wonderful that's why I feel friendships are so wonderful. It takes patience to get to know people.
