"Pierre Woodman (born April 29, 1963, Auvergne, France, real name Pierre Andre Herbie), a French film actor and director, alleges he had intimate relations with more than three thousand women. His ability to achieve orgasm in almost any healthy female causes special envy in men."
From the book: Alexander Lyubimoff. "Secrets of Pierre Woodman Sexual Technique."

According to Woodman, he uses an ancient Chinese sexual technique, that's almost 2000 years old.

Is that a sexual revolution or sexual barbarism?

I think to classify such a claim either as revolution or as barbaric is a rather simplistic take on the statement. What about this claim sparked an interest for you?

he would have had to have sex with 32 women every year or about 3 women every month of his life; starting at about age 20. maybe even having intercourse with a woman, each week.

the chance that he got an STD or got a woman pregnant by accident is high. in fact, the chances of getting an STD and accidental impregnation both increase with respect to number of women he's having sex with. I would not envy a man who increased his chances of getting an STD.

I definitely would not envy a man who got a lady accidentally pregnant, and then kept having sex with other women. leaving behind fatherless children or even abortions is not something I would envy. even childbirth can destroy some women who choose to not abort, so he could've killed a lady by accidentally impregnation.

If he contracted an STD, he might've given over 1000 or more ladies his STD, even dminishing their health or destroying them with probably AIDS/HIV.

there's a high chance that he killed some women. and if he's having sex with a women, every week, then that might not be enough time to get tested for diseases or pregnancies.

notice that this small analysis is just the tip of the iceberg, as i've assumed he had 100% consent from each lady; which i highely doubt. it's amazing how much damage he might've done, even if he had 100% consent from all of them though.
