Leaking pre-cum
For the last few days every time that I pee I realize that my penis is covered in pre-cum. My penis is leaking pre-cum periodically throughout the day, and I don't know why. I haven't been aroused throughout the day. Each time I pee my penis is flacid, it's not coming from excitemnt. Any thoughts?

Could be psychological or a physical condition. I can't really say since I am not a doctor. If it concerns you or bothers you, I'd recommend asking a doctor to take a look.

You could try moving the energies upwards through various focus practices. Precum is often the male version of lubricant that releases the passion without so much the energy it takes to ejaculate.
By meditating and moving the energy up your body, it will help shift this.
Exercise is also another way to transmute the energies you hold in your groin area.
