Many questions about sex.... help!

Maybe this isn't the right thread but I need to have some information on this. This will be graphic so please take it into consideration!

Question 1:

I had terrible terrible relationships. My worst one was with my ex. And here it starts the questions..

I never lost my virginity. I'm 22 and still a virgin. However when I dated my ex I was 17. We did preliminaries and many times he forced fingers inside. It hurt ALOT. After that to this day it hurts everytime I try to have please myself. I don't know if he somehow made some damage but this makes me feel so incrediblt ashamed and dirty... One time I asked my doctor about this and she lifted an eyebrow like I was making this up...

Is it possible him damaging my body in that way?

Question 2:

Nowdays I try really hard to get confortable and intimite with my current boyfriend. He knows the abuse I went through and is a sweetheart about this. Hell we are together for almost 3 years and never forced sex into me.

Thing is I do feel ready do have sex. But before, we tried to be intimite and some weird stuff happened..He's also virgin btw.

When stimulating me he and I noticed that I had a weird discharge? It was similar to what women have close to their periods but I wasn't even close to my period.. was a milky texture, with no smell ...

So my question is, is it stimulation? Because I'm freaking out about this...

Question 3:

I'm a virgin but is it still ok to search for a gynecologist? My regular family doctor makes me feel ashamed about doubts and regular exams, so I want a professional to help me. But can a virgin woman go to one?

Thank you in advance. I'm anxious about this thread but I really need help...

#1. It's possible, but unless he was incredibly rough and forceful it's more likely that it was minimal short term physical damage (no different than really scraping your skin). This could certainly affect how you feel around intimacy though and cause you to become physically tense, even with a caring partner.

#2. What you're describing just sounds like your body lubricating itself as a way to prepare for sex. It's always a good idea to check to verify you don't have an infection, but if you're not experiencing symptoms outside of intimacy it would seem atypical to have discharge from an infection only during intimacy.

#3 Yes! Some gynecologists may require a referral, but this tends to be based moreso on the healthcare system rather than the individual doctor. No harm in calling a clinic just to see, right? I saw one when I was a virgin (I really needed a neurologist, but that's a longer story! The gynecologist I saw was at least helpful, answered some questions and gave me the referral I needed). I am sorry to hear that your family doctor isn't creating an environment where you feel comfortable, if possible it might be worth consider switching to a new one of those too.

Something you didn't ask but another tip I will offer - in your current relationship take time and just explore each others' bodies. No pressure needed and just go with what feels right at the time - while doing what you need to, to be safe. Have fun with it!

Sounds similar to the problem I had.

Yes, you can damage yourself if it's forced, you can make little tears in the skin that can cause scarring and pain.

Gonna give you some advice and links.

Firstly, go to the pharmacy and see if you can find some sort of cleansing oil for the vagina, you put this at the entrance when you shower, cause water can really dry out the skin. ( before I started to use it, it was so painful I couldn't even wipe myself properly after a piss, I had to masturbate very carefully and my boyfriend could NEVER touch me lower then the clit )

Second, when you feel that your vagina isn't as sensitive anymore ( hopefully if the oil helps ) get a set of dialators.

https://www.stressnomore.co.uk/intimate-wellbeing/vaginal-dilators.html

I own the Amielle set, that worked best for me, I did purchase the "inspire siliconedialator kit" firstly, but it did not work well for me.

Third, before you start using the dialators you need to grab yourself a bottle of lube and lube up your thumb, seat yourself on the toilet and carefully enter the thumb into the vagina and press backwards towards your bumhole, it is scary the first time ( I thought I would throw up and faint the first time I did it ), after some time it will get better and better, but don't stress if theres not much process after some weeks, this is a slow process. Eventually you will be able to enter maybe two or three fingers to push with.

Fourth, once you are ready for dialators, keep in mind that there is a muscle further in the vagina, this muscle can be tensed up, also called vaginimus, always start with the smallest dialator which often isn't really thicker then a finger and work your way up, you can also use a finger and lay on bed comfortable and feel with a finger inside and do excercises to push this muscle and stretch it out.

And have fun with the dialators, if you're turned on it also goes easier to enter the dialators, and more fun too.
