My husband won
I am in my mid-30s, husband of 2 years in his late 40s. When we were dating we had a healthy sex life. By healthy I mean that there was desire and genuine interest in one another. We have been intimate once in the past 4 months. Before that it was another 4 months. Before that 6. He doesnt look at me, touch me even in passing, comment about my appearance. He rebuffs my advances. I was shockingly underweight when we married and was gym-obsessed, at his urging. Since taking on a new career I go to the gym less and have gained about 10 lbs - still size 2 and 0. I used to wax all of my hair so that he would want me. Since he never even sees me naked i stopped. I dont feel I should have to do all of these artificial things to deserve love and affection. This cant last. I am tired of asking myself what is wrong with me and just want to be desired by the person I am committed to monotonously.

at least you have a partner. i don't have a partner, nor anyone obligated to touch me. lol.
maybe your husband's sexuality changed. they say sexuality can be fluid and not just black-and-white. or maybe your husband is at an age where his libido is naturally low.
but yeah, i can relate to this thread, as i can't remember the last time a girl ever touched me. except my mom, i guess.
@flowers74 There could be many different issues taking his libido down, that might not all be related to you personally. It could be a stress factor, diet factor, and even a genuine loss of interest. However just because he lost interest, might not mean you are not interesting. There are just not enough details here to explain why he might not be interested in you anymore. Although I have a hunch that it might be like eating pizza all of the time. Obviously humans think that their favorite food is good to have ALL of the time. So they commit to this food, and then life and their food gets rather bland rather quickly. Does this lower the quality of the pizza? No. Does this mean that pizza is horrible? Nope definitely not. I agree to talk to him directly about it in a non-confrontational way, to get his take on things though. Maybe he might give you more information or give more clues as to the loss of interest. Either way please keep us posted, or talk to a reputable listener about it.
