It has always been my experiance that being open with people about sexual wants and needs leads to better sexual connections.
I know it can feel uncomfortable to tell someone you enjoy something that isn't "normal" but it is well worth your time, and most people will have no problem with it.

On 7cups people are either over or under 18 and the two aren't allowed to chat, except in specific situations.
I think that you can see who follows you on your profile or feed but I am not sure how it is for members.
