Stupid question

Hi everyone,
I am 24 but have never been very sexually active. I always knew I didn't want children so I do other things instead. A few weeks ago my boyfriend and I were messing around. We were dry humping at first and then he pulled his shorts down and pulled my shorts up in the back (like a thong) to expose my butt cheeks. My shorts and underwear were covering my vagina the whole time. After a little while of doing this (he did not finish) we stopped and I stood up. I looked down and where I had been rubbing (his penis was there now) was wet. He told me that it was wet when his penis fell back there after I stood up. I checked and my shorts were not wet. A week later I had a full blown regular period. I suffer from anxiety so I panic over things even when I don't need to. Should I be worrying about the possibility of being pregnant or is this really nothing to worry about and just my anxiety acting up?

I'd say you have nothing to worry about, and reiterate that it's not a stupid question. Sometimes the risk of being pregnant can really, really worry people, and I honestly get that. But if you had a full blown period a week later, I'd say that's a pretty good sign.
If he did not finish, that wetness was likely just a bit of pre-ejaculate, which does have a tiny bit of sperm in it. But if it made no contact with your vagina, and your shorts were dry, there should be virtually no chance of any kind of problem.
