professional help
does anyone know a forum where I can reach out to a health professional that has been trained in fetish therapy?
One possible approach might be to contact any sex therapist local to you and ask them about their training. If they do not have appropriate training, ask them to refer you to someone who does.
To find sex therapists local to you, search the Internet, or ask an appropriate professional body in your country, or ask your health insurer (if you have one), or ask your usual doctor.

Are you looking specifically for a counsellor/psychologist?
There are a couple of things that come to mind -
- search 'fetish therapy' and your individual location
- search through databases like psychologytoday.com (or here of course) - you can enter your location and on the left hand side you can filter through therapies. Fetish therapy is quite specific but if you choose 'sex therapy' you are much more likely to get counsellors who can be a good match for you and open to talking about it.
It's also okay to contact counsellors directly before making an appointment to see if they would be open or have knowledge for this too.
