relapsing again
my boyfriend came here into our house yesterday and again, we made out in the bathroom so no one can see us, and then at night i found myself m*sturbating again, because i feel i had to release the tension, yeah and then afterwards i feel guilty again because i did something terrible to myself, and now im experiencing intense headache, i feel powerless and discouraged right now because i promise myself not to do it anymore this 2023 but still i did it again

You want to stop doing it. And you set the time when which is 2023. That's great! Intention is already the first step.
Just like most anything, what we do repeatedly become a habit/pattern. What if you start a new habit/pattern for when the urge comes? Basically, build a new habit to break the old one. What do you think?
You didn't fail. During the process of building a replacement habit/pattern, you may fall back into the old one. Keep going 🤍
