took post day for the first time
Im 24 and I had a one night stand with a guy I met online we ended having sex without protection... we only used condom during the last part of the intercourse, Im not on birthcontrol and I took a post day pill like 17 h later. Its been about 10 days and Im wating for my period to come.
I been feeling terrible lately mixed episodes of anxiety and depression, I never do this types of things (one night stands). I only had sex before with another guy, after knowing him well. My family is super conservative so I cant really talk to them I dont have anyone I cant trust around here, I never felt like this before , been crying all day I dont know what to do. I read online the pill can delay my period, which is supposed to come this week im already panicking cause in my head I have done the wrose thing ever and could get pregnat.

I know right now everything feels really scary and you're feeling overwhelmed and guilty, but I promise you that you have not done the worst thing ever like you said it feels. And, it sounds like afterwards, you made a responsible decision for you by taking the post pill. It is true that taking it can delay your period, so if you are late right now, that's quite possibly the reason. If you are concerned, you can also always take a pregnancy test once you're late enough just to be sure.
You said that you can't talk to your family or anyone else around you about this, but if you do need someone to talk to, you're welcome to reach out to me. I can offer a non-judgmental space to talk about all of these feelings and what's going on.

You should be worried about you, not how conservative your family is. If having intercourse that way makes you happy then do it! But please next time use a condom. is not even just due to pregnancy but you might get genuine terrible STD's.
Now about your situation, periods can be very late due to anxiety and depressive moods. The afterday pill is quite strong so if you took it I'm sure you're fine. Just try to relax, if you do I'm sure your period will come.
Next time just protect yourself though!
