Asking a guy out for the first time

Okay. Tomorrow I am working with a guy I have been crushing on for about a month now. I really want to ask him out. This would be my first time doing this. What should I do? Should I be plain honest tell him I like him more than a.friend and make a bold move or be casual and see what he thinks of us hanging out? Please help. I am so anxious just thinking about it.

Take a deep breath, it's going to be okay. I'd suggest just taking it easy to start with, maybe see if he wants to have lunch or coffee etc. See how that goes if he accepts and take it from there :) Good Luck!
