Anyone here suffers from attachment disorder (anxious) and still manages to have long term relationships?

Would be helpful to know of others' experiences and how the disorder was tackled

I had posted elsewhere as well but anxious attachment is not same as anxiety disorder

Hi friend. Do you mean anxious attachment style due to abandonment issues? If so, this is a tough one to overcome because it is usually something from childhood or trauma. I have something similar and struggle with things, but I know it is possible to control and minimise the damage it does if you recognise and address it. I wish you all the best ! Be strong 💚
