Broke up over imposter syndrome

I’ve been living with my significant other for 7 years now. Everything has been great but a few months ago my gf had a nervous breakdown. She works in a highly competitive field and she is the youngest person in her management position at a global company. The people under her are 10-15 yrs older than her.

during her breakdown she mentioned that her job was overwhelming and she seems like she isn’t in control of her personal life. After we talked she decided that she wanted to see a therapist.

it’s now three months later and we were in the middle of finishing dinner and she turns to me and says she doesn’t love me anymore, she isn’t attracted to me, she has been faking our relationship for over a year, and she isn’t sure if she was just with me to keep the people around her happy.

I was devastated. She has become extremely hot/cold towards me. I asked if she wanted me to leave and for us to break up and separate all of our finances but she said no. She wants to work on herself and us.

Mira been a few more weeks and all she is doing is searching tinder for dates saying she wants to practice being social in public but she refuses to talk about our relationship issues to me or anyone else. She tried talking to her parents but they think she is out of her mind and is being self destructive.

I know the therapist put her on adderall and anti depressants but i don’t know if that’s changing the way she thinks. This whole thing has been completely overwhelming for me since I’m also recovering from being hit by a car and working a full time job and doing all of the finances and house responsibilities. I feel like I’m breaking down and don’t know what to do. I love her more than I could ever explain with words.
