thank you for reaching out and im glad you are being honest, for most people feelings are just feelings and they cannot control that, one way for a person to change their feelings about something or someone is to find a new 'perspective' moving on and letting go is not usually our choice but sometimes we grow out of a stage where we understand something or someone is not whats best for us anymore, the same thing goes to changing jobs or places for the best, i hope you can find your self a way to discard those feelings.
another way to let go of a feeling or behavior is to make yourself busy with something like school or work, or probably another circle of friends .
