Cross roads and there's a crash both ways

I know this feeling my wife and I used to have sex multiple times a day. Now nothing for a year (apart from once in the shower). She doesnt work. I clean cook DIY everything. We are only 30 and 28 married 3 years. Yet I show her all the affection and love but when I'm sad she says 'oh here it goes'... Makes me feel real good seeing my wife belittle me. Then she says I'm the one at fault because all I care about is sex and hugs and kisses... Nope I Just want affection and a kiss sometimes. I've even told he all this but it doesn't matter. Great life ahead of me by the sound of it.. I really feel for us men and women struggling with this.
