Difficulty coping with new baby and spousal pressures

It is very hard with New baby anytime ... i think for some the work from home is harder as sometimes people think you can help or do more while working to....

not judging a new mom might like someone to hand her something or hold baby while she does even the basics .......... but i can imagine some work at home folks may want out of the house for even a couple days a week.
