Discarded by a cheating narcissist
Due to circumstances I have been living apart from him since December. I just found out he moved in a girl he was having an affair with since September. I confronted him and he denied it, said I was stirring lies and making things up. I sent him the proof I had and he blocked me. We've been together 6 years. He's cheated 6 previous times and always gaslighted me. Never physical abuse but serious mental abuse to the point I don't know myself anymore. He replaced me 6 months prior but never told me and I don't know what to do.

So, you had a man in your life that:
1. Cheated on you, having an affair
2. Moved in with her shortly after you moved out
3. Lying to you
4. Used forms of gaslighting
5. Has a history of cheating, serial fashion, six times
6. Has been emotionally and mentally abusive
7. When confronted all the above, childishly blocked you and ran away
So, based on all the information above, perhaps it's time that you consider your own life plan (journey) and if he should be included. It might make better sense to come to terms with the fact that the six-year relationship that you shared with him is over, and now it's time for you to move forward without him, and allow him to continue to be toxic elsewhere and without any impact to you and your life. There might be a time (hopefully soon) when you're able to look at yourself in the mirror and tell yourself out loud that you deserved far better, and you will now go out and find someone who will not lie to you, will not cheat on you, will respect you, will earn your trust, and will act with maturity in a relationship.
You are in full control of your journey and you have the right to determine who comes along and who you leave at the bus stop, with his bags, and while there will be memories of those times together -- there are brighter days ahead because you're now going to go out and find someone that knows the true meaning of love and connection.
Best to you and your new journey.
